We are seeing a whole new trend to the market. In September of 2021, the homes were barely staying on the market with an average DOM of 30 days. Then in March 2022 we saw a shift in the market, forcing sellers to wait an average of 80 days to sell their homes. In August 2022 we are currently sitting at an average of 70 days on the market.
